After 65 of 80 Colts players proudly proclaimed that they were gun owners, Bob Costas implied that many of them owned their guns illegally and even if they didn’t they were too ‘aggressive‘ and ‘subject to impulses‘ to be trusted with firearms.
“Even if all those guns were obtained legally, you can’t have 65 guys in their 20′s and 30′s, aggressive young men subject to impulses, without something bad happening.”
In my opinion, these comments have racist undertones and NBC should terminate his contract immediately.
